Quality Assurance

Stringent Quality Processes

CRC Electrical & Refrigeration follows advice given to us by NECA. These policies/procedures are implemented by the Safety Advisor and actioned via a yearly review of our policies and an overview in our weekly toolbox meetings. Our quality assurance follows CRC Electrical’s Quality Manual, and is reviewed by our QA manager. Any and all changes are brought to the attention of the Director and QA Co-ordinators.

Regular Risk Assessments

CRC Electrical’s risk system contains daily risk assessments that all tradesman are to complete before they carry out any work for all jobs, JSA’s and SWMS are also completed on complicated or industrial jobs. These documentations are handed in at the end of everyday to the QA manager.

Detailed Incident Reporting

CRC Electrical also has an incident reporting system that monitors any incidents or accidents that may occur including any near misses. These reports are completed by the tradesman involved and a corrective action plan is put in place by the electrical supervisor. These reports are handed into the safety officer who makes a record of this in CRCs folders as well as reporting the occurrence to MEA.
